- Students must uphold the dignity, honor, and prestige of the college at all times.
- Respect for faculty, staff, peers, and visitors is mandatory.
- Any form of misconduct, including ragging, bullying, or harassment, will lead to strict disciplinary action as per UGC norms.
- Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during lectures, practical, and in the library unless explicitly permitted.
- Students must wear the prescribed uniform and ID cards at all times on campus.
- Students must attend all classes, practicals, seminars, and examinations as per the academic calendar.
2.2. A minimum of 75% attendance in each subject is mandatory to be eligible for semester exams. - Academic dishonesty such as cheating, plagiarism, or forgery will result in disciplinary action, including possible suspension.
- Students must complete all assignments, project work, and practical records within stipulated deadlines.
- Students must carry their college ID and admit card for all examinations
- Any form of malpractice during exams will result in cancellation of the paper and possible suspension.
- Use of unauthorized materials or communication devices during exams is strictly forbidden.
- Students must follow seating arrangements and instructions given by invigilators.
- Silence must be maintained in the library at all times.
- Students must produce their library card to borrow books.
- . Books must be returned on or before the due date; late returns will incur fines.
- Damaging or marking library materials is strictly prohibited.
- Students must strictly follow lab safety protocols and wear lab coats during practical sessions.
- Any breakage or damage to equipment must be reported immediately and may be charged to the student.
- Unauthorized experiments are not allowed.
- Practical records must be updated regularly and signed by the concerned faculty.
- Hostel residents must adhere to the timings prescribed by the warden.
- Outsiders are not permitted in hostel rooms without prior approval.
- Substance abuse, smoking, or possession of prohibited items is strictly banned.
- Students must maintain cleanliness and discipline in hostel premises.
- Prior written permission must be obtained for any planned leave.
- In case of illness, a medical certificate must be submitted immediately upon return.
- Absenteeism without valid reason may lead to disciplinary action or disqualification from exams.
- Students must use college infrastructure responsibly.
- Writing on walls, damaging furniture, or misuse of equipment is punishable.
- Any loss or damage caused will be recovered from the responsible individual(s).
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside or outside the college campus.
- Any student found guilty of ragging will be expelled immediately and reported to legal authorities as per AICTE/PCI guidelines.
- Violation of any college rule may result in warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity.
- The Principal’s decision in all disciplinary matters will be final and binding.
- Students must behave ethically in all academic and professional settings.
- They must respect patient confidentiality during internships or hospital visits.
- Students should uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism expected from future pharmacists.
- The college administration reserves the right to amend or revise these rules at any time. All changes will be communicated via official notice boards and college website.
