Rules & Regulations

  1. Students must uphold the dignity, honor, and prestige of the college at all times.
  2. Respect for faculty, staff, peers, and visitors is mandatory.
  3. Any form of misconduct, including ragging, bullying, or harassment, will lead to strict disciplinary action as per UGC norms.
  4. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during lectures, practical, and in the library unless explicitly permitted. 
  5. Students must wear the prescribed uniform and ID cards at all times on campus.



     

  1. Students must attend all classes, practicals, seminars, and examinations as per the academic calendar.
    2.2. A minimum of 75% attendance in each subject is mandatory to be eligible for semester exams.
  2. Academic dishonesty such as cheating, plagiarism, or forgery will result in disciplinary action, including possible suspension.
  3. Students must complete all assignments, project work, and practical records within stipulated deadlines.

     

  1. Students must carry their college ID and admit card for all examinations
  2. Any form of malpractice during exams will result in cancellation of the paper and possible suspension.
  3. Use of unauthorized materials or communication devices during exams is strictly forbidden.
  4. Students must follow seating arrangements and instructions given by invigilators.

  1. Silence must be maintained in the library at all times.
  2. Students must produce their library card to borrow books.
  3. . Books must be returned on or before the due date; late returns will incur fines.
  4. Damaging or marking library materials is strictly prohibited.

  1. Students must strictly follow lab safety protocols and wear lab coats during practical sessions.
  2. Any breakage or damage to equipment must be reported immediately and may be charged to the student.
  3. Unauthorized experiments are not allowed.
  4. Practical records must be updated regularly and signed by the concerned faculty.

  1. Hostel residents must adhere to the timings prescribed by the warden.
  2. Outsiders are not permitted in hostel rooms without prior approval.
  3. Substance abuse, smoking, or possession of prohibited items is strictly banned.
  4. Students must maintain cleanliness and discipline in hostel premises.

  1. Prior written permission must be obtained for any planned leave.
  2. In case of illness, a medical certificate must be submitted immediately upon return.
  3. Absenteeism without valid reason may lead to disciplinary action or disqualification from exams.

  1. Students must use college infrastructure responsibly.
  2. Writing on walls, damaging furniture, or misuse of equipment is punishable.
  3. Any loss or damage caused will be recovered from the responsible individual(s).

  1. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside or outside the college campus.
  2. Any student found guilty of ragging will be expelled immediately and reported to legal authorities as per AICTE/PCI guidelines.

  1. Violation of any college rule may result in warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity.
  2. The Principal’s decision in all disciplinary matters will be final and binding.

  1. Students must behave ethically in all academic and professional settings.
  2. They must respect patient confidentiality during internships or hospital visits.
  3. Students should uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism expected from future pharmacists.

  1. The college administration reserves the right to amend or revise these rules at any time. All changes will be communicated via official notice boards and college website.
